All intellectual property and copyright in the images and content on this website belong to FPS Photo. FPS Photo maintains complete control over the gathering and distribution of its photos.

Copyright

All photographic products purchased are subject to copyright and are sold strictly for personal and private use unless a license says otherwise. You may not resell, copy, display in a public place for profit or personal gain, or republish a photo or print in any way without prior written permission from FPS Photo. You are not granted permission to on-sell or on-license any photograph, image, graphic or other material for personal gain.

Unauthorized use of images purchased from FPS Photo is copyright infringement and entitles FPS Photo to all rights and remedies under applicable copyright law, including an injunction preventing further use and monetary damages. Unauthorized use of watermarked images is prohibited.

Usage rights

When an image is licensed by FPS Photo, the permitted use is stated on the invoice we provide, and the image cannot be used for any other purpose without a further agreement with FPS Photo.

Event galleries

Photos in an event gallery are released to the gallery account once the event is paid in full. Access is for the account holder and the guests they choose to share with, for personal use.

Special offers

Special offers have an expiry date and/or are only available under specific circumstances, such as discounts after multiple purchases. Offers with an expiry date must be ordered, and payment received in full, before that date to qualify.

Returns policy

Refunds and returns are not accepted unless you received a faulty item, an unordered item, an item damaged in transit, or an item significantly different from what was displayed on the website. We will aim to provide replacement products where faulty or incorrect products were received. Products returned as faulty will be assessed and a solution promptly actioned.
